We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Since our products are customized, refunds are only available under specific conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:  
- If the product is damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect.  
- If you receive the wrong size or design (not matching your confirmed order).

Conditions:  
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.  
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.  
- Clear pictures of the issue must be shared for verification.

Non-Refundable:  
- Orders with errors due to incorrect size/design provided by the customer.  

Process:  
- Email us at shirtscustomize@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.  
- Once approved, we’ll refund or replace the product within 7–10 business days.
